Hi, I'm Katie!
I’ve always been a fan of Textiles and Fibre Arts, I learned to sew when I was 9 and started quilting when I was in university. It wasn’t until 2020 that I needed more of an outlet and was able to have the motivation to finally finish a spare room in our house to make my ideal office/craft room. I taught myself crocheting, knitting, weaving and then finally macrame!
The most frustrating things I came across as I started playing around with all the different mediums was the lack of accessibility to good quality materials and supplies. Northern BC is an amazing place to live and have a family but our shopping options are often lacking. Once I found things I loved, I wanted to make them available to others without have to go through the trail and errors I had to. I started importing Bobbiny Macrame Cord and haven’t looked back since!
What is a Dingus you ask?
